A benchmark run is something we use to gather baseline data on exactly where you are at with your running right now.
Put simply, it's a run which gives us all the data we need to make sure your training meets you at exactly the right level. No more overtraining, no more undertraining, we'll soon teach you how to make sure you do the perfect run every single time.
After your benchmark run we'll send over some up to date training zones which you can use ensure you're working at the right level and not missing out on potential gains.
