Cathy D I did a 5K last night and because of this week I believed I could get a better time this year than last year. My mindset has improved, I believed I could do it and I did! 7 minutes quicker! Thanks Liam!.

Sara G I'd just like to thank you for the last seven days. I'm delighted to be (almost) sugar free for four days and feeling more focused than I have in a long time.

The main takeaway for me from this challenge is I've learnt where my weaknesses are, and how I can improve them. For the sake of five minutes a day it's so worth it. What I got in the first few days has been a real eye-opener.

This challenge pointed out quite clearly what I nee them to do to improve whilst keeping my running fun and interesting at the same time. I'm looking forward to putting my new plan into action and seeing the results!
