HOW CORE COACHING WORKS
STEP 1 - Your Starting Point
We test everything - your current fitness, endurance, speed, strength, and mobility - to see exactly where you're starting from and identify where you're leaking potential.
STEP 2 - The Plan
I create a plan specifcally made to work, for you. Using only the time and resources you have available.
STEP 3 - The Coaching
A plan by itself is limited. The real value is knowing how to put it into practice. I'll teach you how to pace your runs, adapt to different conditions, and make sure you never overtrain or undertrain again.
STEP 4 - Accountability
We're there every week to answer questions and adjust your plan to keep the progress flowing. This isn't "here's your plan, off you go" - we're in this together.
