Faq's

How is this different than your 1-2-1 coaching?

The only difference, is in place of having your own personal 1-2-1 coach, you get weekly access to our coaches for questions and support so you're never left stuck trying to figure it out alone.

How often do I need to train to make this work?

Our most successful runners over the years tend to train 3-5 times a week. You share with us the time you'd like to commit, we'll put a plan in place to make sure you get the best results from it. 

Does the plan also include strength work?

If you'd like us to include strength training into your plan, we certainly will. Our runners who regularly complete home based strength workouts see on average a 20% better improvement rate than those who don't.

Am I stuck into a long commitment?

Not at all, our standard coaching runs on a rolling month to month basis.

Are there any special discounts?

Yes! If you want to secure a block of coaching for even bigger results, we have discounts for longer blocks of coaching of up to 20%!
